Large items will travel by truck, a phone number is needed so the trucking company can call and set a delivery time.
In most cases, Items are shipped 12 to 36 hrs after the order is placed. A few of our vendors require 2 to 10 days to ship.We process orders seven days a week, but orders placed on major holidays are put on hold for processing until the next business day. A street address is necessary, UPS will not ship to a PO box. As soon as your item shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
We have a 7 day return policy, from the date the product is received.
If a return is needed email us for a RA# return shipping is paid by the customer, If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee of item cost will be charged. You must return the item in the origanl box with packing. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Once merchandise has been received and processed, credit will be applied to the account through which payment was originally made; which means our vendor will refund K.A.D. Sales and we kadsales will refund / exchange you.
Closeout items are unable to be returned.
Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
As a rule we do not ship outside the U.S.A. Please note some of our products can be shipped outside the USA on a case by case basis. If you are unable to complete our check out process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item number of the product(s) and the country where you live we will be happy to help if we can.
Free and regular shipping items include standard ground to the lower 48 United States only. Before ordering in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii please send e-mail for shipping quote.
We charge flat shipping and handling rates which are based on the cost of your order. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. The shipping total includes a $1.50 handling charge.
Items will be shipped Monday thru Friday within 24-48 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered. We do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm (PST) will be processed that following Monday.
Kettler Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Merchandise received from unauthorized returns will
be refused or returned to stock with no credits given. Returns caused due to a change of mind by a Dealer or a Dealer’s customer will
be subject to the restocking fee and return freight charges. KETTLER® Policy is to send replacement parts at no charge. RA’s are only
authorized for product that is damaged beyond repair. If replacement parts are refused this will be considered a “change of mind” and
fees will apply. RESTOCKING FEE: If a return is allowed, all freight charges will be paid by customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return and Warranty exclusions:
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
undergarments and swimwear
food, hot and bbq sauce and nutritional supplements
items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
any return that is missing the originally shipped components
any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
Airsoft Guns We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $10.00. All airsoft guns that are over $10.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please email email@example.com to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.
Gas or electric ride on products are not returnable/refundable, Unless the box is unopened and the product is unused. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the END USER accepts the shipment.If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then shopkadsales.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
